Our team

Robbie Turner
FOUNDER AND CEO
After completing 24 years in Defence, I knew that I wanted to continue to share my passion for property investment with other Defence members and Veterans. As the Founder and CEO of Axon, my role is varied, but my biggest enjoyment comes from my role as a Property Coach. I love being able to develop a plan that helps our clients think in ways they may never have before – all with a focus on achieving their personal and financial goals.

Tamara Turner
Co-founder and General Manager
My role as General Manager here at Axon covers everything from marketing strategy, account management, company admin to the client experience. My goal is to maximize the company’s performance and ultimately create the best environment possible – by spending time developing professionally and personally through training and development. Before my time at Axon, I worked in events, including working with Tony Blair, George Clooney, and big charities such as the Myer Community Fund.

Angie Paradise
relationship manager
As Relationship Manager, I nurture the ongoing relationship between Axon and our clients, well after the building process is complete. I want our clients to know and feel that we are here for you long-term. With over fifteen years in the real estate industry, I am always excited to genuinely assist our clients in any way possible.

Dave Simpson
lead Property specialist
With over 10 years of experience building my own portfolio and 5 years in the investment property profession, I work in conjunction with the coaches to implement the plans and strategies that we create, researching the current and emerging locations to ensure that we give our clients the best possible chance of success. I served for 21 years in the Army and retired as a WO2. I was the dog trainer and handler to Sarbi; a special operation’s Explosive Detection Dog (EDD) and Australia’s most recognised canine war hero.

Damian Gregson
property specialist
As a Property Specialist, I get to see the clients throughout their sessions with the coach. I love seeing their confidence grow as they learn more about their property and then their faces once they take a property off the market. Before joining Axon in 2019, I was in the Army for 13 years as a Combat Engineer and Fire Fighter. My property journey began in 2011, where I experienced a few things that I want to make sure no one else does.

James Wilkinson
PROPERTY SPECIALIST
I served in the Army for 16 years and first started our Axon journey in 2019 when my wife and I built our first investment property, whilst I was deployed overseas. It was during my coaching that I furthered my interest in the property market before shifting into my career at Axon. I gain the most satisfaction from giving back to the ADF community – both with the excitement during the Axon process and by turning clients’ plans and dreams into a reality.

Natalie Robson
build support SUPERVISOR
I am part of the Build Support here at Axon Property Group. I served in the Navy for 5 years as a Leading Seaman Steward and Commissioned HMAS Parramatta, served on HMAS Newcastle as well as land-based postings. As an investor myself and loving property, I completed my Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management in 2007. I also had the pleasure of working with one of the big 4 banks for 15 months prior to being offered this position at Axon Property Group. I love helping people achieve their dreams using property.

Renee Macartney
built support assistant
I am one of the Build Support assistants here at Axon Property Group. I served in the Army as an Admin Clerk but my career was cut short due to injuries and I got medically discharged in 2018. I was introduced to Axon by my OC at the time and started working for them within the Client Relations role straight out of defence. This is when I purchased my first property through the awesome team. I have since purchased my second property and like to consider myself an up and coming avid property investor. I love helping people and being a part of their property journey is an amazing feeling.

Fran Israel
Build Support Assistant
As an ex-defence spouse, I have developed my professional experience wherever the ADF took me. Both in Australia and internationally, I have experience across a variety of industries and roles in the project administration field. Now settled on the Gold Coast, I have started a Cert IV in Building and Construction to develop a long-standing career in this growing industry.
As a long-time client of Axon, building numerous investments as a student of the Commando Approach to Property Investing, I have an acute understanding of what it means to be in your position along the path to wealth creation and financial freedom.
