Dom and Will came to us in Sept ’20 to investigate which property option would suit their circumstances. Dom was posted to Rockingham in the Navy. His husband, Will, was a services coordinator in the civilian sector. 

Initially, Dom and Will thought buying their own home in Rockingham was smart. Dom convinced Will to watch our ADF property training video and ‘just have a chat with Axon’.
Whilst Will was very sceptical and protective of their next financial move to their credit; they remained open to building rapport with us.

We eventually put a plan for them to build an investment property in SEQLD instead. They did not have enough savings to get started right away. I told them to go and save hard for 18 months. No more buying stuff they did not need or spending money on crap. “Challenge Accepted”, they said.

Nine months later, they contacted us with their deposit saved, and they were ready to get started! Very impressive. 

Now this property is complete, and the tenants have commenced paying the mortgage via rent, Dom and Will are stoked that they did not pull the trigger on buying in WA – see attached images and the stats below for the outcome of this amazon success story.

With such positive numbers and an ongoing solid outlook for the market in their chosen investment location, this property has set the platform for their future wealth plans. Dom and Will are now living in MQ in Darwin.
