He is an expert logistics officer in the Army and his wife, a veteran herself, is being looked after with numerous support mechanisms after finishing up her Army service a few years ago.

 

This is their second property with Axon. We also helped them find and build their PPOR (own home) in a Brisbane waterside suburb about 12 months ago. As DINKs, they had a decent amount of cash saved up, so they concurrently launched into expanding their portfolio with this brand new investment property.

 

Of note, their PPOR has risen in value by approx, $200K, even though they bought it for ‘lifestyle reasons’ – not ‘wealth creation’ reasons – they are fortunate to have both in this instance. How good?!

Fast forward to now, they recently received finance approval for IP#2 and we are already hunting for IP#3 for them (research/location briefings tomorrow afternoon).

Once these next 2 properties are complete, they intend on pivoting toward starting a family, which we are stoked about.

 

By the time their future child starts school, they will be living in a family that has a multi-million dollar property portfolio – purely based on mum and dad’s choices in the here and now! *Goosebumps!*
