ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY: SUCCESS STORY #38

Welcome to another great success story! Ben (a RAAF ATC) and his wife (rock star mum) came to Axon in Aug ‘20. They lived in MQ in Canberra with a growing family of 2 kids. 

They had an investment property in Geelong sitting in the market, not costing them much to operate and hold.

A firm end state of any plan we created together was the opportunity for them to buy their forever home one day. This was to be done with the intent of having a 3rd child… so the acquisition of another investment was needed to succeed…
