This is the second property with Axon for Dan and Kelly. Dan is a middle-ranking Airforce Officer and Kelly is an Exercise Physiologist. They live in Canberra and have 2 kids, 8 and 10.

Looking ahead, Dan is pretty confident of getting tenure at RAAF AMB in a couple of years, whereby he and Kelly will focus their attention on building their dream home… think acreage, peace and quiet – all with a big, beautiful house sitting pretty. The actions they have taken over the last 3 years have significantly contributed to this! How bloody good?!

As Dan said during their recent end-of-build-coaching: “it’s not bad being under 40yo, 2 x great investment properties and a promising future ahead”. Simply, I could not agree more!
