Ben and Lauren came to us in June 2021 to get started with securing their financial future using property. Specifically, they wanted to ‘employ a team that has the time and expertise to set them up with the correct properties and overall investment plan’.

Ben was a Fighter Pilot in the RAAF and Lauren was managing their 3 kids whilst doing some part time and casual roles. They were posted to RAAF WLM in Newcastle, living very happily in their own home.

The property is located in a boutique master-planned community in Brisbane’s Bayside. This is not a brand new, expanding area…it’s ‘old money’ in this region, with very established amenities and some of the best school catchment zones in Brisbane. Families with money love that!

Fast forward to now, and much has happened. Ben has been accepted into a medical scholarship with the RAAF on the way to being a Doctor. Fighter Pilot and Doctor… pfffft, no big deal. Lauren and Ben have since sold their PPOR and moved to Woolongong for his University studies.

They have also dropped an EOI on another brand new investment property, so they can keep working towards their financial future goals.

Normally, growing a property portfolio whilst growing a family is out of reach for many people. In this instance, it’s no surprise that such a high-flying family can have it all at the same time 🙂
