In Feb 2021, we put a plan in place for S to join the party to acquire IP#2, using approx. $100K of equity from IP#1 as the deposit and costs. This concept protected H and S’s cash holdings. Fast forward to now… H (a veteran) and S are posting to Darwin next year. After this posting, they’ll likely settle in Canberra and buy 😲 their long-term home. Life could not be better!
