Success Story


This is a story of some VVIP clients – read on, and you’ll discover why there is an extra V in their status…
Mid last year we provided you with a success story for this Veteran couple. That was for their first investment property, having already built their PPOR (own home) with us the year prior. Guess what? They’re back again! 😌

After separating from the Army as an expert logistics officer, he is a Manager in the private sector, providing services back to Defence (and still doing a bunch of ARES days). His wife is a veteran herself, after finishing up her Army service a few years ago. 

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗣#𝟮:
* Purchase price: $693K
* Site start: Oct 2022
* Build complete: June 2023
* Value estimate: $750K+ (with so much growth potential still to come)
* Rent return: $630pw 

Interestingly, they have used the same builder 🏗️ for all three properties. Their feedback upon attending the handover for this one was something like: 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘵. As you can see from the images, the quality speaks for itself. 🤩

The property is located within a massive master-planned community in SEQLD (away from their PPOR and IP#1).
Let’s do this exercise again: Fast forward to now, they recently received finance approval for IP#3 and we shall coordinate that build until approx mid-24. That property is located in a huge growth corridor of Melbourne. If you keep following closely at home, you’ll know when the success story for IP#3 is staring back at you! 🪞
