After being referred to us through a mate who had built a house with ๐ Axon, we first met Phil in March 2022. He is a single RAAF Pilot posted to Newcastle, loving life with his mates and regularly flying high-end platforms.

During the coaching series that all of our clients must complete, we created a plan based on keeping his assets untouched – rather than focusing on gifted funds from mum and dad to form the deposit and costs allowing the acquisition of two brand new investment properties. ๐ ๐ ย Over the following weeks, we assisted Phil in placing 2 x EOIs on land and build packages. Submitting an EOI locks ๐ everything in โat today’s pricesโ. This is especially important for IP#2.

* Purchase price: $595K (330m2 block and 182m2 house, FULL turn-key)

The property is located in a massive master-planned community of SEQLD. The QLD Govt is building a city ๐๏ธ the size of Darwin there over the next 10 years. Phil now has a flag in the sand during the very early stages. We can all sit back and watch IP#1 do its thing in a buoyant market!

From here, we will do our usual โจ๏ธ๐งผ hot-wash process for IP#1, and we can pivot towards commencing the build for IP#2 (build start early 2024). As Phil placed an EOI in late 2022, he is already around $75K ahead on IP#2.
