ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY: SUCCESS STORY #79

After watching 👀 our training videos, Mr. S came to us in July 2021. He was posted to Adelaide in the RAAF. He was in a relationship with his girlfriend, Ms. V, but he wanted personal guidance on all things money management and proven strategies to follow.

Mr. S focused on saving hard and restructuring his assets to make sure he had enough funds to reach land settlement of his first investment property. This took many months, which is a good test of one’s commitment to make it happen! 🙌

In the lead-up to land settlement, we did have a few hiccups, including having to switch builders… to his credit, Mr. S knew my Captain’s call to make this change was in his best interest – and here we are.

The property is located in a massive master-planned community of SEQLD, with many years of sustained and low-risk capital growth to come. The demand in this region will be ongoing as the Govt. and massive private consortiums bring on the infrastructure to build a city the size of Darwin over the next 10 years. 🌆

Fast forward to now, Mr. S and Ms. V are living in Wagga Wagga. They have joined financial forces and commenced the process to build another brand-new investment property. How good!?
