At first, it was Mick driving the property bus with his girlfriend, Cate, watching on the sidelines. That’s fine; individuals can acquire property if the numbers stack up. During our initial ☎️ call, Mick literally turned around and put Cate on the spot and asked if she wanted in – it was the first real test of how committed she was…needless to say, they joined forces with this property, and now they’re married! 💒
