ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY:
A second success story for matt & patina

After meeting Matt and Patina way back in 2020, I showcased their first investment property (IP#1) with us in early 2023. That $493K property is now worth around $775K. Not a bad outcome…

As a reminder, Matt is a RAEME Fitter posted to Brisbane, and Patina continues her role in aged care. They are both in their early 40’s, with 4 children (only 1 is still under 18). Admirably, their 3 adult children have also conducted property sessions with Axon.

 

With the growth of IP#1, it was a no-brainer that Matt and Patina investigate the opportunity of purchasing IP#2. Deb (the finance broker) was able to access equity from IP#1 for the deposit and costs. This represents a case study that we provide as part of our education series.

This property is situated in a master-planned community in SEQ that has the potential for many years of capital growth.

 

In their own words… “Continuing  to work with all the team at Axon has been great. Sticking to our plan and the then being able to step back and let them do their job with all the moving parts behind the scenes. It was easy to forget we were building at times! The odd update here and there as we got to each stage or if there was anything we needed to do.

Then linking us with relevant parties as we progressed allowed us to be hands-off as the build happened, and we could just live our lives without the stress of the build.

 

Since working with Axon we now have clarity and a focus. It is so rewarding to see all our hard work come together and looking forward to a bright future.

As Patina hinted, two brothers will commence the build of their own home with Axon later this year – you’ll see that success story in about 12 months.
