ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY:
SUCCESS STORY of A digger & product Designer

With some travel around 🐣 Easter, ANZAC Day & site visits to Melbourne, it’s been a hot minute since we have released a Success Story… rest assured, we have a bunch more to release over the coming months – and our revival starts now with an absolute belter!
 
Rick and Kirra came to us in March 2023. They were referred to Axon by a couple of existing clients that already have multiple properties, so they were hoping for a similar ✅ positive experience. Rick was based in Sydney in the Army and Kirra was living here on the GC working in a Product Development role. Kirra also has a flair for design that most people would only dream about.

During the coaching sessions, we explored 2 scenarios: buy their own home (PPOR) or an investment property (IP#1). It was decided the first option would be more beneficial. Happy days. Interestingly, when sourcing finance, it was determined by the banks that some elements of their finances was going to prohibit them from moving forward. We needed a 12-month air gap before we could get started.

To their credit, they knuckled down and got to a point where they have completed the build on their brand new house – a place they love so much! Here are the stats:

Rick has since been posted to RAAF AMB, so this house is located in a massive master-planned estate in SEQLD. As expected, Kirra has already made cosmetic interior and exterior improvements, so the house is looking amazing! To be clear, Rick is doing the work that Kirra has the vision for…
