ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY:
SUCCESS STORY of a FemalE RAAF LOGISTICS OFFICER

Lois first came to Axon in late 2019. In her profile, she stated that she wanted Axon to help her understand the process of buying a property and give her advice on the best way to do it. Put simply, that’s what we do!

When she was posted to Sydney, she had just the right amount of cash for the deposit and costs (D&C) to acquire her first investment property (IP#1). That build was completed with our assistance by the end of 2020 in SEQLD. Purchase price: $463K; value now: ~$750K. Not a bad start to Lois’ portfolio…

 

As part of the ongoing coaching we provide, in Nov 2022 we created a plan and strategy for Lois to acquire IP#2 to keep working towards her goals. The numbers worked with the finance broker (Deb), so we pulled the trigger. Structurally, we accessed equity from the growth of IP#1, combined with some inheritance funds to make up the 20% D&C (no LMI payable).
