SUCCESS STORY of a young family

Tom and Courtney came to Axon in September 2022. They’re in their mid-30s, with a couple of young kiddos. Life is busy, so they needed assistance getting started in the property space. Courtney said to us on a call recently: When life is chaotic and you have kids and family and running your own house, that’s your main focus. It was great to have Axon, as the investment property was not our main focus and not something I had to put energy into.

Back to the land and house sizes. Most of you would scoff at such a small investment package. Some would say: that’s not going to go up in value. Or something like: who’s going to want to live in that shoebox? If that’s you, please go back and re-read the numbers.
