ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY:
SUCCESS STORY of AN Army SOLDIER

This is a perfect example of what is becoming the norm for the Defence community in the property space – joining forces with your significant other.

 

Mr. J came to Axon in Jan 2022. An Army solider living in Brisbane, he had been exceptional with his money mindset and habits over the preceding years, as he had really good cash holdings in preparation to enter the property market. He had a serious GF, however, he wanted to acquire this first property by himself. My response was: “no problem, let’s see what the numbers say from the finance broker”.
