Justin and Kat expect building approval for IP#3 in the next few weeks. We have been smart with the use of concurrent activity over the last 12 months. Justin and Kat are now settled in Newcastle, with a multi-year posting for Cat at RAAF WLM. What I like about this next stage of their lives is that Justin has entered the stage of his ADF transition whereby re-entering the workforce has popped onto his radar. I’m positive he will love the challenges of working again and direct his energy towards being a superstar team member for his next employer.
