ADF HOUSING INVESTMENT PROPERTY:
An ex-army officers second success story

After meeting Matt way back in May 2019, he built his second investment property (IP#2) with us (he came with an existing IP#1). IP#2 was a $412K property, which is now worth around $750K with plenty of growth left in the tank! His fiancée, Jenna, was a Dietitian… see below for an update on her last few years.

Since IP#2 was built, Matt and Jenna have been ‘busy’. Matt transitioned from the ADF (ex-Army officer who now runs a very successful consulting firm in Canberra). They sold IP#1, got married, bought their own home in Canberra, Jenna has brought two kids into the world, and they have built another investment property with us! Looking ahead, Jenna is about to re-enter the workforce and Matt’s business is going from strength to strength (having won a prestigious Veteran Business award recently). In typical style of a proactive and determined couple, they are on the verge of building another IP with us this year – you’ll see that success story in about 12 months. That will be their own home and 3 x IPs… a feat that their future-selves will love!
