This is a success story that allowed someone to realise there is a different path to financial freedom - one that does not include outdated information on property investing… Jake came to us in June 2023. He is an 🚀 Aerospace Engineer living in his own home (PPOR) but felt he wasn't taking advantage of the benefits Defence offers. Before contacting Axon, Jake reached out to other property service providers, but he wasn't satisfied with their knowledge of Defence benefits or the unique lifestyle of serving within Defence. They all gave him the same advice: buy older, established properties. After Jake watched our online training videos, his Axons kicked into ⚙️ gear, and he started thinking differently - which can be a challenge for an Engineer!
Jordon and Aletta came to us in October 2023. Jordon is a ✈️ fast jet pilot with more than 25 years of service, and Aletta has been a registered nurse for the better part of 20 years. Living in their own home (PPOR) in Newcastle with a couple of teenage kids, they wanted to put a 📝 plan in place to acquire their first investment property. Bought in 2007, their PPOR had significant available equity. To complement this, they had excellent 💵 money habits with well organised finances and no consumer debt. A very strong position to start this next venture indeed!
Emily came to us in June 2023. A young, single, Army Driver living in Brisbane. We explored 2 x COAs: Build Emily’s first investment 🏠 property (outside of her posting radius); or build her own home (PPOR).
