Marketing Coordinator

- ABOUT THE ROLE -

Axon Property Group is expanding its marketing department and looking to disrupt the industry even further. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly motivated marketing coordinator to work closely with the team. 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will assist in executing strategic plans and managing the brand's social media platforms, digital content, and managing and promoting all marketing and branding initiatives.  

 This role requires someone who is highly skilled in written content and has great attention to detail. This role gives the opportunity for a creative person to think outside of the box, come up with their own ideas for content, creatives and campaigns and implement these ideas within a supportive and enthusiastic team.

Whilst the list of what the role entails is significant, your induction will see you be involved in a comprehensive and immersive training continuum, to set you up for success.

Most importantly, your work in the business will matter, be recognised and rewarded.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to implement strategies and execute campaigns
  • Coordinate artwork & video needs -  working together with our Videographer and Content Creator to brainstorm new ideas and ensure deadlines are being followed 
  • Managing our digital channels, including:
    • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Youtube) - assisting with planning, scheduling, writing copy and community management 
    • Website - working with our web developers to keep the website updated
    • Blog and content marketing (WordPress) - Scheduling, writing and gathering content from the team for blog posts
    • Create and schedule weekly newsletters and other email marketing via our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
  • Support the Marketing Manager to analyse performance of online ads
  • Campaign reporting & measurement
  • Assist with client events planning and execution
  • Assist with draft award submissions

 

- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR -

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding or connection with the ADF, with a passion for property, construction or real estate. 

  • Prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. 
  • Must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong passion for all things marketing and helping others - you likely follow all the 'big names' in the marketing space and have studied their best practices
  • You love challenges and pride yourself on self-accountability and achieving goals
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to come up with fresh digital marketing ideas and understand the latest marketing trends
  • Strong creative skills & high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills (experience with Google Analytics and Business Suite preferred)
  • An eye for design (Experience with Canva preferred Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign also viewed favourably)
  • Must be able to collaborate and also be able to work independently

Property Specialist Role

- ABOUT THE ROLE -

Due to exciting business growth and internal promotions, Axon is currently looking for its next Property Specialist.

 

As a Property Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping your clients identify, acquire and own their own property (own homes and investment properties).

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills (including being in front of the camera) will see you conveying information about the property acquisition process, how to identify and prevent the risks involved, choosing the location, choosing the property, and basic property contract information.

Communication platforms like Skype and Zoom are where you'll spend a hefty amount of time each week creating, refining and optimising property options for your clients.

Using our existing brand and reputation, you'll build partnerships with complementary businesses to enable the ongoing provision of VVIP services to our clients; including access to brand new estates and premium inclusions in the properties.

You'll leverage our significant library of existing content (videos, e-books, blogs, reports etc) to build new content that drives our ideal clients to attend our longer-form video events (Facebook Live).

You'll display a keen interest to drive growth and leverage your personal network and your own property insights to see how we can optimise results.

Boredom is something you'll never experience in your role (we guarantee it), as you'll be working on a wide variety of advertising and property options throughout the year, including Facebook Live events, lead-generation content funnels, Live Q&A events, property market research, site visits and much more.

You will be a key player in the property team and be empowered to really own this space and make your mark.

  • 2+ years of personal experience in property and gaining your own experiences (not just coordinating your properties through an agency… you thrive on getting your hands dirty)

Build Support Assistant

Due to exciting business growth and internal promotions, Axon is currently looking for its next Build Support Assistant.

As a Build Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for helping your clients through the construction of their new build.

You will be the key conduit between the client and their builder and broker, as well as assisting our clients to organise important processes such as insurances, depreciation schedules, building inspections and rental management.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills (including being in front of the camera) will see you conveying information about the build process to clients, no matter where in the world they are posted or deployed.

Using our existing brand and reputation, you'll build partnerships with complementary businesses to enable the ongoing provision of VVIP services to our clients.

Boredom is something you'll never experience in your role (we guarantee it), as you'll be working on a wide variety of projects in multiple locations and stages, with a variety of different clients, mainly ADF members and their families.

Whilst the list of what the role entails is significant, your induction will see you be involved in a comprehensive and immersive training continuum, to set you up for success.
