officially one of the best!
At Axon, community and culture are at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to have been recognised as one of Australia’s best workplaces, ranking 4th in our category. This achievement reflects the strength of our team and the environment we’ve built together.
For you, it means working with a passionate and empowered team that’s committed to delivering a premium service, every step of the way.
Our Purpose
Give Back to Our Community
Our deeper purpose is to provide the Defence community with financial security, and a sense of community and connection.
In our experience, people in Defence sacrifice themselves to serve others. So, it’s an honour to be able to give back, and to serve them.
We believe that by giving the Defence community the knowledge and support they need (especially when transitioning from Defence), we will empower them to get their Defence mindset to “fire into action” – and success will follow for them.
