From Investment Property to Forever Home
We recently sold the property and achieved close to twice our original investment.
I first became involved with Axon while I was posted to RAAF Base East Sale in Victoria.
At the time, my wife and I were exploring different investment options and strategies.
We had no real understanding of how to invest in the property market.
While completing our own research, we came across Robbie Turner and discovered Axon.
From there, our relationship with the team developed, and we began working through the property process.
While all of that was happening, we posted to Newcastle.
The build continued in the background, and the experience was largely stress-free for us.
We didn’t need to constantly think about colour selections or manage all the smaller decisions involved in building a property.
Axon took care of those details for us, which was a genuine blessing.
The team’s expertise was also extremely valuable.
Robbie was very open with us and explained that we could complete the process ourselves.
However, we understood how much time, effort and research Axon had already invested into developing its approach.
We decided that they were the experts in the industry.
Rather than attempting to work everything out ourselves, we chose to trust the team and allow them to help us reach our goals.
Our original intention was to hold the property as a long-term investment and allow it to quietly work in the background.
However, we recently decided to sell it and achieved close to twice the amount of our original investment.
That result has allowed us to put money into our current property, which will likely become our forever home.
We’re planning to add a swimming pool, renovate the kitchen and transform the property into exactly what we want it to be.
The investment ultimately gave us the opportunity to create an amazing long-term home for our family.
