With Michael regularly away at sea during his Navy career, having an experienced team in their corner made the process easier to understand and manage. Michael: We’re now up to our second property and are hopefully looking to purchase a third around the middle of the year.
We’ve made approximately $600,000 in capital growth.
My name is Michael, although Robbie likes to call me “Big M”. I’ve been in the Navy for 14 years, and we first approached Axon in 2019.
I was at sea for much of the time, so it was great having people in our corner who could lead and guide us through the entire experience.
Michael’s wife: I married a sailor, so I was already familiar with the banter. I appreciated the straightforward language and the no-nonsense approach.
The team initially educated us without any obligation. The more we learned, the more we liked the process and wanted to continue building wealth.
They gave us the skills to understand what was happening and helped set us up for success. Otherwise, we would probably still have our money sitting in a savings account earning minimal interest.
The journey allowed us to finally see a pathway towards financial freedom.
Michael: I’ve also had a couple of other Navy members from my shifts approach Axon, and they’re now up to their first properties.
Michael’s wife: He’s now the person at the barbecue educating everyone on Property 101.
